This original blend is the ideal taste that we have in mind. W&H's first blend was named 'Daughter' after our first child, our beloved daughter. We have created a balance between the pleasant bitterness of a deep brew and the slight acidity that enhances it.

WIFE&HUSBAND is a Kyoto-based, couple-run coffee brand operating a cafe and web shop. They roast primarily deep‑roast beans, offer original blends (DAUGHTER, SON, MOTHER) and single origins, and operate ROASTERY DAUGHTER / GALLERY SON — a small‑batch roastery/gallery born from the couple’s shared start in home roasting.
