Wells Coffee Company is a Fort Lauderdale–based specialty coffee roaster and café offering handcrafted blends, single‑farm microlots, wholesale and retail services, and merchandise. Founded after a successful 2013 Kickstarter, the team roasts in‑house, operates neighborhood cafés, and invites customers to "Drink Deeply."

The founders (Brandon and Nicole) were inspired by a family coffee ritual and began roasting at home after receiving a home roaster. Their interest grew through training (Boot Coffee Camp), industry expos, an origin trip to Colombia and Nicole becoming a Q‑grader. After launching a Kickstarter in 2013 under the name “Wells Roast,” they purchased a commercial roaster, partnered with a Boca Raton cafe, hired staff, and began sharing coffees locally. In 2016 they acquired space in downtown Fort Lauderdale and later opened a public brick-and-mortar to expand their hospitality and mission to let people "Drink Deeply."
