This coffee is a natural processed coffee from the high slopes of the island of Flores, offering a very different take on Indonesian coffee. Instead of the more classic, smoky profile this one is spicy and sweet. The farmers on Flores carefully dry the cherries giving them their full attention, which results in a natural with notes of nutmeg, plum and fudge. Delicious!
