The JAMILA coffee is cultivated at an altitude of 2200 meters in the Chelbesa area of Gedeb. The cherries are selected, floated, and depulped, then fermented in waterless tanks and dried for 10-15 days, ensuring high quality. It features bright acidity and a juicy body with a caramel base.
