About
Caranavi is located at the gates of the Amazon, over 1,550 meters in altitude. This altitude, combined with fertile soil and ideal climate, creates perfect conditions for high-quality coffee. Roger Guzmán meticulously cares for his farm, cultivating a mix of Caturra and Catuai varieties. The cherries are hand-picked to ensure only the ripest are selected. After harvesting, the cherries undergo a washing process that begins with a controlled fermentation of 48 hours.
