This coffee was produced by Salma Jazmín Cortés Posadas and her mother Gema in Totutla, Puebla, Mexico. Salma, a third- and fourth-generation coffee grower, draws inspiration from her family. They focus on specialty coffee to improve wages and living standards. This Honey processed coffee has bright lychee and fragrant hibiscus notes, with layers of dried berries and gentle herbal spice.
