More than fifty years ago, Mr. José Alejandro began his journey in coffee farming. Today, the farm spans 23 hectares, with 4 hectares dedicated to coffee production. Under the leadership of his son, Humberto Gómez, the farm has installed a new wet mill and drying facility, producing exceptional coffee that reflects their dedication to craft and love for the land.

Victrola Coffee Roasters, based in Seattle, Washington, opened its first café on 15th Avenue in 2000. Named after the 1920s Victrola phonograph, it blends the exuberance of the Jazz era with meticulous sourcing and roasting, and runs vibrant vintage-jazz cafes including a Capitol Hill roastery.
