Honduras La Leona is grown on the southern slopes of the Santa Bárbara Mountain range, where high elevation and cool mountain conditions support slow cherry maturation and balanced acidity. Washed processing brings clarity and restraint to the cup, allowing Cranberry and Lemongrass notes to stay fresh and focused while a gentle Clover Honey sweetness adds roundness.
