Washed Guatemala - Guadalupe Bautista

Guadalupe Bautista is a smallholder producer in Huehuetenango, Guatemala. Her farm, Finca Alejandrina, is 14 hectares, with over 13 planted with coffee. The coffee is picked ripe, depulped the same day, fermented for 40 hours, and washed three times. Drying takes 6-10 days on concrete patios.
