Trinity began as a family-run garage pop-up in San Pedro in 2018, serving pour-over coffee to neighbors and building community. Their mission combines specialty coffee craft with philanthropy: they source ethically and roast weekly while supporting Harbor Area youth and community programs. Trinity emphasizes a Chicano-influenced coffee experience—giving back through donations, classes, mentoring, and hiring initiatives for overlooked local youth.
