Say hello to 'Off The Grid,' a wonderful Ethiopian coffee from the remote community of Idido in the Yirgacheffe region. Idido's terrain is rugged and mountainous with coffee farms scattered across the hillsides throughout the region. The majority of the producers belong to the Gedeo culture and speak the Gedeo language.
