It's our first year purchasing from Lost Origin! Expect an elegant cup with high clarity of flavour. High in Boquete’s Alto Quiel region sits Finca La Estrella, a seven-hectare farm that’s been in the Saraceni family for more than a century. This lot was processed by Franz from Lost Origin, who brings his background in craft brewing into the world of coffee.
