About Three Waves Coffee
Founded in 2021 by co‑founders Nathan Crane and Julie Luster in the coastal town of Santa Cruz, Three Waves Coffee takes its name from their love of the ocean and the evolution of coffee culture. They roast specialty coffee sourced from traceable, fair‑trade and organically grown beans and seal each batch in certified home‑compostable packaging to reduce waste. Beyond selling coffee online and through local grocers, the family‑run company seeks to create a community around great coffee by offering a seasonally rotating menu of single origins and handcrafted blends, subscription services and appearances at events and markets.
