About Three Ships Coffee Roasters
Three Ships Coffee Roasters began in a garage by the beach when wine sommelier Amy Ewing and software developer Brad Ewing decided to make exceptional coffee and share it with people who care. They built a small team of self‑taught roasters who source high‑quality beans and roast with intention to bring out each coffee’s complexity. The company opened its first cafe at the Old Beach Farmers Market and has since expanded to Hilltop and downtown Norfolk, becoming a local institution for great coffee and community in Virginia Beach. They believe coffee creates connection and partner with producers and importers who share their passion for detail.
