This coffee was harvested in Villarazo, Quindío, where Jairo grows Red Bourbon, Pink Bourbon, and Tabi. It underwent a dry anaerobic fermentation process of 72 hours with passion fruit pulp and wine yeast added, then dried on raised beds.
