This coffee features a mix of Bourbon and Typica plants over 60 years old, supplemented by Red Bourbon and Caturra. Cultivated traditionally with organic fertilizers, the beans are hand-picked, fermented for 40-48 hours, and dried meticulously to ensure quality.
