In the early 1930s, Don Juan Palacios founded the village of Palmira in La Libertad, Huehuetenango, where he established a coffee plantation. The coffee from Los Suspiros is known for its syrupy flavor profile and clean finish, with notes of ripe mango, red cherry, and florals.
