About
The Project Chorora is owned by Olinka Velez and is the sister farm of Yambamine. This varietal was obtained from the Nestle experimental breeding farm through Olger Rogel, known for planting the Sidra variety commercially. The coffee undergoes double anaerobic fermentation (Red Washed) for a unique flavor profile.
