Returning for its third year at Thomson’s Coffee, we’re thrilled to welcome back this Red Honey processed lot from Aquiares Estate. Each harvest of Diego Robelo’s coffees brings sweetness, vibrancy, and character, and this year is no different. The Centroamericano variety is a hybrid of the Sarchimor T-5296 and a wild Rume Sudan variety. As such, it has intricate nutritional needs, and thrives with the growing conditions available at Aquiares Estate.
