The Miners is a specialty coffee roastery and café chain based in Prague, Czech Republic. Founded in 2019 by Egor Kolpakov, it sources beans directly from farmers, trains baristas in a week‑long program and has grown into a network of cafés across Europe.

About The Miners
The Miners Coffee started as an idea to create a cultural hub where people could work on their projects among like‑minded people. They opened their first coffee shop in Slavíkova, Prague, in March 2019 and have since expanded across the Czech Republic and Europe, opening more branches, a bakery, a roastery and cafés in coworking spaces and offices. They source only specialty coffee directly from farmers and put all baristas through a comprehensive one‑week training program to ensure quality. The company hosts events such as The Miners Run and cupping sessions and even offers compostable capsules compatible with Nespresso machines so people can enjoy its coffee at home.
