Terres De Café

Terres de Café was founded in 2009 by Christophe Servell, whose family has been roasting coffee for generations. He opened the first shop in Paris’s Marais district to help coffee lovers rediscover the true flavours of coffee and was later named France's Best Roaster in 2015. Their farm - cup philosophy emphasises direct, long - term relationships with growers and respect for terroir. They source over 30 specialty coffees through about 18 partner farms, with most beans grown in agroforestry and many certified organic. Terres de Café focuses on precision, freshness and taste in its roasting. Today the company runs several cafés in Paris and supplies premium coffee to hundreds of restaurants and businesses. It remains a pioneer of French specialty coffee, offering traceable and sustainable coffees that highlight the natural qualities of each origin.
