Founder Deaton Pigot began in hospitality as a teenager in Australia and, over three decades, has led cafés in Ireland, Singapore and the USA while visiting coffee origins worldwide. Tectonic emphasizes learning from origin, paying producers and building direct relationships. They roast weekly (Sundays) and ship on Mondays to ensure freshness. The company sells retail and wholesale coffee and provides barista & roaster training, equipment, mobile setups and consulting to support cafés and wholesale partners.
