Taste Map Coffee Roasters, based in Vilnius, Lithuania, was founded in 2012 by award-winning baristas Domas Ivonis and Ieva Malijauskaite. One of Vilnius' earliest specialty coffee pioneers, it roasts and brews single-origin coffees and operates cafés that showcase their passion for quality and innovation.

About Taste Map Coffee Roasters
Established in 2012 by partners and champion baristas Domas Ivonis and Ieva Malijauskaite, Taste Map Coffee Roasters began as a wholesale roastery in Vilnius. Their goal was to develop a specialty coffee culture in Lithuania and share their expertise through approachable, high-quality coffees. Over time they expanded beyond wholesale, opening cafes such as Taste Map | Tech Cafe in Sapieha Palace Park. As one of the city's earliest specialty coffee businesses, they have earned numerous awards and continue to roast and serve single-origin coffees while educating customers and nurturing a vibrant coffee community.
