This coffee comes from 21 small-scale producers in Tima, Guji, Ethiopia. After hand-picking, the ripe cherries are processed at a washing station, where only the ripe fruits are sun-dried for 21-28 days. The coffee exhibits fruity notes reminiscent of cherries and strawberries, with a floral aroma and a rich mouthfeel.
