This coffee is processed using the Gold Washed method, featuring a high roast profile. The beans are harvested at a sugar level of 22-24 degrees, soaked for 6 hours, and undergo an anaerobic fermentation process for 12 hours. They are then sun-dried on African beds until reaching a moisture content of 10.5%. The region offers ideal conditions for coffee cultivation.
