About
This is our first time carrying coffee from Dolmin Moreno, a fourth generation producer. This offering is a small lot separation of the SL-28, a famed Kenyan variety that can fare very well planted in Honduras. It was picked at peak ripeness, pulped, dry fermented, and dried on raised beds. This coffee is a blend of Kenyan and Honduran cup characteristics: a darker, slightly savory cup balanced by stewed red fruit, mouthwatering acidity, and spiced complexity.
