Produced by Eliyas Dukamo & Atiklit Dejene under the Alo Coffee label, this lot comes from plots located at 2200 meters altitude. The cherries, harvested at perfect ripeness, undergo a natural anaerobic fermentation of 72 hours in airtight tanks, followed by slow drying on African beds. In the cup, the coffee reveals a bright and juicy acidity carried by mandarin and carambola, followed by delicate floral notes of strawberry flower and a zesty, bright finish of pomelo.
