Zapata [Maracaturra Natural]

This Maracaturra comes from the indigenous community Emiliano Zapata, located in the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve in Chiapas, Mexico. Cultivated at altitudes of 1700 to 1800 meters, this lot is produced by families and processed at the Beneficio Edelmira micromill. The coffee exhibits a rich and juicy profile with tasting notes of tropical fruits, ripe red fruits, and milk chocolate.
