Switch Coffee Tokyo began in Meguro in 2013 as a small roastery and coffee shop focused on sourcing and roasting high-quality beans for local customers. Over time they expanded, opening a second café in Yoyogi-Hachiman in 2017 and a Nihonbashi shop in February 2020. They sell freshly roasted beans and related merchandise through their EC store (switchcoffeetokyo.shop) and offer subscriptions. The company posts store updates and irregular holiday/temporary-closure notices primarily via Instagram.
