Supreme Roastworks is an Oslo-based specialty coffee roastery and café known for competition-winning baristas and a visible roasting operation. Founded as a roastery in 2008, it opened its first retail roastery/café in Grünerløkka (2013) and expanded to Aker Brygge in 2021. No fuss—just great coffee.

About Supreme Roastworks
Supreme Roastworks began as a roastery supplying wholesale accounts around Oslo from 2008. In February 2013 they opened their first retail location and roastery at Thorvald Meyers gate 18 in Grünerløkka, where customers can both enjoy coffee and watch roasting. In July 2021 they opened a second, spacious coffeeshop at Stranden 67, Aker Brygge, in collaboration with Porsche — offering ocean views and a showroom/studio alongside the café. The team includes owners and baristas with national and international competition credentials (co‑owner Odd‑Steinar: multiple Norwegian Brewers Cup titles and World Brewers Cup finalist/medallist). Their stated approach: "No fuss—just great coffee."
