This Blueberry Co-Fermented Washed process begins with the creation of the fermentation culture using microorganisms derived from Rodrigo’s Purple Caturra coffee cherries. The cherries are fermented for 150 hours with a culture fed with sugar, molasses, and concentrated blueberry juice, contributing unique flavors.
