In the south of Huila, Jose Uribe Lasso founded Finca El Diviso to improve coffee quality. The Lasso family experiments with processing and fermentation to achieve unique cup profiles. Sidra is a rare Arabica varietal known for its sweet profile, comparable to Ethiopian varieties.
