Our modern espresso is the result of a friendly collaboration between Jimmy from the Aproeco cooperative, importers Daniel and Lukas, and us. Together we came up with the name Muyu, which means round in Quichua. This balanced espresso features bittersweet chocolate notes harmonizing with strong spice and natural sweetness.
