Rosendo Domingo is a second-generation coffee farmer from Petatán, Huehuetenango. His family has been producing coffee for 30 years. This lot comes from his farm Palanch'en, named after a rock resembling a horse's head. The coffee is a blend of Caturra and Pache varieties, processed as washed.
