About Subko
Subko was built to foreground the complexity, craft and traceability of Asian speciality coffee while pairing it with a craft bakehouse and pod-to-bar cacao practice. Guided by in-house Arabica Q Graders and direct-trade relationships with estates and smallholder farmers across India and neighbouring subcontinental origins, they source and curate microlots scored 85+ SCA points. The brand identity intentionally fuses multiple South Asian scripts and vintage-colonial/industrial visual cues; its packaging and spatial design were developed with Studio Bigfat and emphasize tactile, locally produced materials. Subko has expanded into experiential flagship cafés and mini-outlets across Indian cities and launched internationally (Dubai — Alserkal Avenue).
