A delicious coffee from our friend Oscar Daza from the Santander region of Colombia. This is a single varietal lot of Castillo that is sure to please any palate, as it has it all! A little bit higher acidity with notes of caramel and grape, a lovely classic Colombia taste. We've found it to be great any time of day and with most brew methods.
