Sprout Coffee Roasters is a Dutch specialty coffee roastery based in Eindhoven, Netherlands, led by brothers Daniell and Ruben. Born in Eindhoven and raised in Australia, they focus on sustainable sourcing and support farmers, creating unique coffee experiences in their weekend tasting room.
About Sprout
Sprout was born out of a love of coffee, a belief that a roastery can bring meaning and value to dedicated farmers, and a desire to build a sustainable coffee supply chain. The team treats the best green coffee they can find with love, respect and craftsmanship and empowers baristas to pull the best shots possible, inviting customers to fall in love with the coffee experience. Brothers Daniell and Ruben, born in Eindhoven and raised in Perth, Australia, founded Sprout after operating a specialty coffee bar abroad. They returned to the Netherlands to share their knowledge and passion, roasting high‑quality beans, supporting farmers and hosting visitors in a weekend tasting room at their Eindhoven roastery.
