This is one of the first coffees from their new project, Dos Mundos. The project is a meeting of minds, both producers known for growing exceptional coffees in their respective countries. This lot is an SL28, which has undergone a natural process. In the cup you'll find a complex, clean flavour profile with flavour notes of floral, kiwi and papaya.
