The harvested cherries are brought to Kiandu Wet Mill by small-scale producers. After pulping, they undergo a fermentation process without water for 18-24 hours. The coffee is then washed and soaked overnight before being dried on African beds for 7-15 days depending on climate and temperature. It has a clean, elegant sweetness with juicy citrus notes.
