In February 2025, we had the honor of visiting Leonardo Mora in the Tarrazú region of Costa Rica at the family micromill Placeres del Llano. The coffee is processed using the honey method, harvested at optimal ripeness, and dried on raised beds. This coffee has a creamy texture with notes of hazelnut cake and yellow plums, perfect for morning pastries.
