This coffee is grown by producer communities in the mountainous region of Guatemala, surrounded by rich forests at an altitude of 1600-2000m. It undergoes a double fermentation process, enhancing its fruitiness and sweetness. Expect bright notes of plum and pineapple, gentle sweetness reminiscent of baked apple, and a lingering finish of brown sugar and hints of Japanese black tea.
