Founded in 2017 in Cheyenne, Wyoming, Snowy Elk Coffee Co. was born from the passion of owners Scott and Julie Gondzar to create exceptional coffee rooted in a lifestyle of adventure, balance and conservation. They left the farmers’ market after refining their roasts and now operate an award‑winning craft roastery nestled at 6,000 feet above sea level. Snowy Elk sources only high‑altitude, specialty‑grade beans from sustainable, fair and direct‑trade farmers around the world. Each batch is roasted with precision to highlight the beans’ natural flavours without additives, delivering coffee that encourages customers to embrace the outdoors. Their roastery and café at 6002 US‑30 Unit B in Cheyenne serves as a community hub and showcases their Moose Bell Espresso, BaseCamp and Leave No Trace coffees.
