This specific coffee lot originates from the Oromia Regional State, specifically the Atnago/Limmu Seka district in the Jimma Zone. The result is a well-balanced cup with bright acidity, a fruity and spicy aroma, and flavor notes of Concorde pear, clementine, and baked quince, complemented by warm spices like vanilla and hints of crème brûlée.
