About Sisters Coffee
At Sisters Coffee Company, great coffee is an experience. The business began in 1989 when Winfield and Joy started roasting in a small wood cabin in Sisters, Oregon with a 5-lb roaster; demand grew quickly and the family expanded. Today the company (run by their children Justin, Jared and Jesse) serves guests in three cafes and roasts over 500,000 pounds of coffee annually. Their mission centers on authentic coffee, hospitality, and community, with a flagship cafe & roastery in Sisters plus locations in Portland's Pearl District and Bend's Old Mill District.
