This coffee is a family project from Joiner Alvarado, located near Cerro Chirripo. Despite initial doubts about coffee production in cold temperatures, they achieved great results. The cherries undergo a meticulous cleaning and processing method, resulting in a fruity and floral flavor profile. Best enjoyed as filter coffee or espresso.
