Seven Syllables Coffee began when founder Roscoe (with a friend/co-founder Tim) turned a barista obsession into a micro-roasting business to showcase clean, sweet, and vibrant coffees. They built the brand around curiosity and quality — learning roasting, building a subscription service (Trustfall) and focusing on coffees that highlight bright flavor profiles. While they initially concentrated on online/subscription sales, they now operate a brick-and-mortar espresso bar in Cerritos, emphasizing community, in-house sauces and syrups, and creative menu items (e.g., ube macapuno lattes and Filipino pastries).
