Royal Mile Coffee Roasters is a small New Jersey-based coffee roastery and neighborhood café that began as a 2013 backyard roasting project. About Royal Mile Coffee Roasters
Royal Mile Coffee began in late 2013 as a backyard, one-pound-batch roasting project that grew from a personal love of craft coffee. Over time the founder upgraded equipment, expanded distribution (including Whole Foods and local co-ops), and turned the operation into a full-time roastery. The 'first cafe' and warehouse grew from years of small-batch roasting, community support, and partnerships with producers (notably the Mierisch family), with the roaster stressing long-term buying relationships rather than marketing buzzwords.
