Grown in the rolling hills of Puyango, this washed lot brings together the Sarchimor, Acauá, and Castillo varieties at altitudes between 1,000–1,800 MASL. The result is a beautifully clean cup with delicate floral aromatics, layers of sweet caramel, and a juicy peach-like acidity.
