Francisco’s coffee journey began as a child on his family farm. He owns La Esperanza farm, producing around 17 tonnes of coffee annually. The cherries are picked at peak ripeness, processed with care, and dried under shade nets for consistency. Francisco is dedicated to improving his craft and has won prizes for his coffee quality.

Round Hill Roastery is a specialty coffee roaster based in Somerset, UK. Founded in 2012, this small team showcases single-estate coffees and builds direct relationships with farmers. They roast on a direct-flame Probat, focusing on seasonality and clarity from farm to cup.
