About
Located in Kirinyaga County, the Kamwangi washing station is managed by the New Ngariama Coffee Farmers’ Cooperative Society. The coffee undergoes fermentation for 24–28 hours, followed by soaking for 12–72 hours, resulting in vibrant acidity and flavors of dark fruits. Certified by the Rainforest Alliance, the cooperative engages in conservation efforts.
